You can rent or buy your henna dress from us. When renting, your dress will be tailored to fit and delivered complete with a matching hoop skirt. This way, everything regarding your dress is taken care of, allowing you to focus entirely on the moment that matters to you.

Schedule your henna fitting appointment
Your search for the perfect henna dress begins with a personal fitting appointment. The fitting itself is free of charge. Choose a time that suits you and come to The Bridal Room with your favorite entourage. To keep the appointment calm and personal, we ask that you take the following into account:
- - Bring a maximum of 3 people from your entourage. (woman-only)

- Babies and young children unfortunately cannot attend the appointment.
- - Have you seen a bridal or henna dress on our social media? Please mention this in the comments field when booking your appointment.
This allows us to prepare for your wishes in advance and work together to find your dream dress.
*Before confirming your sale fitting appointment, please read our house rules carefully. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these house rules.
Your henna passport appointment
During your fitting appointment, it is all about finding the dress that makes you feel beautiful. We take the time to explore different styles and guide you to your perfect choice.
- - You can try on a maximum of 4 henna dresses.
- If possible, bring shoes you would like to wear during your special moment, preferably with the same heel height.

- Shapewear can help you see how the dress will ultimately drape.
- - Preferably wear neutral and seamless underwear.
- - Have you found your dress? Then we will immediately choose a matching hoop skirt.
When choosing your henna dress, a deposit of €400 is required. This ensures that your dress is definitively reserved for you.
Fitting and collection appointment
Just before your big day, your henna dress will be ready for the final fitting and pickup. Our seamstress will tailor the dress so that it fits beautifully and comfortably. During this appointment, the remaining balance will also be paid. To keep the moment personal and manageable, you may bring a maximum of one person with you.
- - The dress will be provided washed and ironed/steamed.
- - You will receive the dress complete with a hoop skirt.
- - Together, we will check that everything fits well and discuss the key points for wearing and returning it.
*The fitting and pickup take place on the same day.
Return
After your henna day, you will return the rented henna dress to us. Please carefully check the agreed-upon date and time for the return beforehand, so that the henna dress is back on time.
- - In case of late return, this will be deducted from the deposit.
- - Report any damage or issues when returning.
If everything is in order and the henna dress has been returned on time, the deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks.
