Renting your wedding dress
Discover 500+ unique wedding dresses and take your time to find the dress that reflects your style and personality. From sophisticated details to bold silhouettes: there is plenty of room to discover which dress truly suits you.
With our rental service, we take as much off your hands as possible. Your bridal look is fully taken care of with a matching veil, petticoat, and custom tailoring, so everything regarding your dress is arranged and you can focus on the moment that truly matters.

Schedule your fitting appointment
Your search for the perfect wedding dress begins with a personal fitting appointment. The fitting appointment itself is free of charge. Choose a time that suits you and come to The Bridal Room with your favorite entourage. To keep the appointment relaxed and personal, we ask that you take the following into account:
- - Please bring a maximum of 3 people in your entourage. (woman-only)

- Babies and young children unfortunately cannot be brought to the appointment.
- - Have you seen a wedding or henna dress on our socials? Please mention this in the comments field when booking your appointment.
This way, we can prepare for your wishes in advance and work together to find your dream dress.

Your fitting appointment
During your fitting appointment, everything revolves around finding the dress in which you feel every bit the bride. We take the time to discover different styles and guide you toward your perfect choice.
- - You can try on a maximum of 4 wedding dresses.
- - If possible, bring your bridal or similar shoes, preferably with the same heel height.

- Shapewear can help you see how the dress will ultimately fit.
- - Preferably wear neutral and seamless underwear.
- - Have you found your dress? Then we will immediately choose a matching veil and petticoat.
When choosing your dress, a deposit of €400 is required. This ensures your dress is definitively reserved for you.
Fitting and collection appointment
Just before your big day, your dress will be ready for the final fitting and collection. Our seamstress will tailor the dress so that it fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear. During this appointment, the outstanding balance must also be paid. To keep the moment personal and manageable, you may bring a maximum of one person with you.
- - The dress will be provided washed and ironed/steamed.
- - You will receive the dress complete with veil and hoop skirt.
- - Together, we will check that everything fits well and discuss the most important points regarding wearing and returning the dress.
*The final fitting and collection take place on the same day.
Return
After your wedding, you return the rented dress to us. Please carefully check the agreed date and time for the return in advance, so that the dress is back in time for the next bride.
- - In case of late return, this will be deducted from the deposit.
- - Report any damage or issues when returning the dress.
If everything is in order and the dress has been returned on time, the deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks.
